Saturday afternoon, the Howard County Hispanic Heritage Festival takes over the Chrysalis at Merriweather Park. On Friday, with no school in Baltimore County or Howard County, Howard Community College holds Fall For All. And it's the last weekend of the Annapolis Sailboat Show at City Dock.
The rest of the weekend has a Room on the Broom story-and-art morning in Towson, lantern-making in Highlandtown ahead of next Saturday's parade, Danny Joe's haunted tree house show, an anime and cosplay day at Frey's Farm, and the My Hero Academia score played live at the Meyerhoff.
