The 1st New Town Village Spring Festival is a one-day FREE family event featuring lots of vendors (perfect for Mother's Day shopping), great food, a kids area with games, face painters, balloon art and caricatures, three live bands for entertainment, and chances to win prizes. Proceeds benefit the Greater Baltimore Chamber of Commerce.
