Little Hawk and the Magic Quest

Our story takes us to the faraway lands of Little Hawk, who is a bird who cannot yet fly. For her wings to take flight, she must go on a magic quest to find her song! In this musical journey, artist Melissa Foss will guide us through the fascinating sounds of a collection of musical instruments made across the Americas for thousands of years. Little Hawk will call on assistance from different helpers to find her song and take to the sky. Melissa Foss is an instrument-maker and teaching artist of Pre-Columbian instruments.
