Join the Adoption Express with adoptable pets at the Summer of Love: Pet Adoption Store at The Avenue at White Marsh between Bandito's and Bar Louie. Adoption fees are waived! Adoptions are first come, first served. Adopters must be 18+, present a valid photo ID, and pass a background check for animal-related offenses. The pets attending the event will likely be posted 1 hour prior to the event start.
