Archaeology & Mathias Lab Tours at SERC

Join lead archaeologist Dr. Jim Gibb for a full-day tour of the Smithsonian Environmental Research Center (SERC). The tour includes visits to the Woodlawn House, Java Mansion Ruins (a War of 1812-era plantation home), the state-of-the-art Mathias Lab with four research guilds, and the Archaeology Lab where you'll view specimens excavated on site and around Maryland. Participants should pack a lunch.
